Appointments & Booking

Do I need a GP referral?
No — you can self-refer directly by booking online or calling our clinics. If using private medical insurance, check with your insurer first as some policies require a GP referral.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
We offer same-day and next-day appointments in most cases. For acute injuries, please call us directly. Online appointments are often available within hours.
How long does a session last?
Initial assessments are 60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are 45 minutes. Extended sessions (60 minutes) are available for complex or post-operative cases.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel without charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% fee.

Insurance & Payment

Do you accept private medical insurance?
Yes — we are recognised by AXA Health, Bupa, Vitality, Aviva, Cigna, WPA, and Simply Health. In most cases we can bill your insurer directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and all major private medical insurance. Block booking discounts are available.

Treatment & Clinical

Will physiotherapy hurt?
Some manual therapy may cause mild discomfort as part of the healing process. However, physiotherapy should never be excessively painful. Always communicate with your physiotherapist.

Yes — both clinics are fully wheelchair accessible with step-free access, accessible toilets, and ground-floor treatment rooms.
